Returns and Complaints

In case of any complaints, please follow the steps below:

1. Product Complaint
In case of any issues with our products, please fill out the product complaint form. The form needs to contain the following data: customer's name, e-mail address, phone number, product ID and description of defect/issue with the product, date of purchase & picture of product if applicable.

2. Product Return
As per company policy, we do not accept any product returns. Goods once sold cannot be returned or replaced. However, to avoid any issue with regard to the packaging or quality of the product, we insist that the ordered goods be checked thoroughly by the recipient on arrival.  

3. Service Complaint

In case of any issue with regard to our logistics or web based services we request you to send us an e-mail with complete description of the issue.
